1. Definitions

  • “Products” means the goods or digital products sold by the Seller.
  • “Website” means the Seller’s online sales platform.
  • “Order” means a request by the Customer to purchase Products.

2. Scope of Agreement

This Agreement governs the sale and purchase of Products through the Seller’s online platform.

3. Orders

  • All Orders are subject to acceptance by the Seller.
  • The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any Order.
  • Once an Order is confirmed, a binding contract is formed.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment must be made in full before delivery of the Products.
  • The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time.

5. Delivery

  • Products will be delivered to the address provided by the Customer.
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

6. Digital Products

  • Digital Products will be delivered electronically.
  • Once delivered, digital products are non-refundable unless faulty.

7. Returns and Refunds

  • Customers have the right to cancel within 14 days under UK consumer law (if applicable).
  • Products must be returned unused and in original condition.
  • Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time.

8. Liability

  • The Seller shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.
  • Total liability shall not exceed the value of the Order.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials remain the property of the Seller.

10. Data Protection

Customer data will be processed in accordance with UK data protection laws.

11. Force Majeure

The Seller shall not be liable for failure due to events beyond reasonable control.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

13. Acceptance

By placing an order, the Customer agrees to the terms of this Agreement.

14. Supporting Documentation

  • The Seller may provide supporting documents such as invoices, product screenshots, and delivery confirmations.
  • These may be used for compliance, banking, or legal purposes.
